  1. My current visa is the old version of the 3 x 60 day tourist visa,

I don't have at present 800,000 baht in my account

Someone told me I don't actually need to have this amount and I can still get the retirement visa

Why not ask the guy who told you for more details? or get some free advise from a visa agent, there are plenty of them around

Where in Thailand are you? some immigration officers are more flexible

  2. OK. Finally there's a new business opening there. A high end spa in the other prominent front space as Williams.

Makes sense for that space but boring to me.

There are 13 massage and spa places from the top of Pattaya Park soi to the market at the bottom, that will make 14, I counted them as I walked down it the other day, high end? should do well, not.........as most of the tourists around there are low end

  3. I would have thought Europe and France is the worst place to be moving to, think dirty bombs, mass killing of civilians, 100's if not thousands of ISIS terrorist's already in place

But don't let me worry you, do what you think is right

Could you point us all in the direction of these dirty bombs which 1000s of ISIS terrorists are running around with.

I'm intrigued to know,do you work for the CIA or some other well founded intelligence agency or are you reading to many news papers and watching CNN ?

What rock have you been hiding under Stoneyboy?

Not seen what happened in Parish and Belgium recently? don't think it wont happen in other counties its a certainty, don't have to be in the CIA to know whats happening, ISIS already said hundreds of its fighters are in Europe getting ready

Here's the "point" to the dirty bombs

"The Brussels terrorists may have been plotting to make a radioactive bomb after it emerged 11 nuclear power plant workers have had their site access revoked amid fears of 'insider help'.

Jihadi brothers Khalid and Ibrahim el-Bakraoui had secretly filmed the daily routine of Belgium's nuclear programme chief, before they blew themselves up at Brussels airport and on a Metro train"

  4. "Yes,

I just got some one at the Or-ba-tor (sub district office)to do it.

They phoned the embassy and the embassy explained what to do.

What a drama.I would never do it again.

Next time I will go to Bangkok myself".

Anyone can witness your photo as long as they hold a British passport, getting a Thai to do it will delay your application

If you’re applying outside the UK

Your countersignatory must have a current British, Irish or other EU, US or Commonwealth passport.

If they have a US, Commonwealth, or non-British or non-Irish EU passport, you must include with your application a colour photocopy of the page with their photograph on it.

Your application will be processed faster if they have a British or Irish passport.

Lat time I checked Thailand was not in the commonwealth, have you included their picture?

Surly you must have checked the Gov website
