  1. Wow. Where did that come from? Maybe you're annoyed that I indicated that I find your entire "story" something that requires quotes to indicate it's apparent incredibility.

But still, I appreciate that you bring up the question of rape laws in Thailand as it pertains to male victims.

I would think you would be a good person to help the OP with your experience and knowledge of Thailand

It does not matter what is said or promised, the the woman says no, then that is it.

I imagine it would be the same with homosexuals.

I would think there are a few crimes

    1) false imprusonment

    2) adminstering of drugs

    3) assault

    4) sexual assault / rape

But no real clear idea on Thai law, and would The BIB be interested? Whst would be in it for them?

Without really caring whether this "story" is "true" or not, the question of the male rape laws in Thailand is an interesting one.

It's not correct to assume the laws are necessarily identical for male and female rape victims in Thailand, or any nation.

So any Thailand legal experts than can expand on that, do pipe in.

Also of course there is usually a social stigma aspect, especially for straight male rape victims. About both their own shame and also how police are likely to react to reports, even if the laws support the charges.

Good to see an insightful and well respected poster like JT contribute, i think he makes some interesting points for further discussion

To help with his addiction to trolling TV? Seriously, you believe that he's chained to a radiator in Pattaya, beside a PC with full internet access?

I have not seen him say that he is chained up, i think his issue is no money, no bank card, no passport and severly under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

It's a sorry tale, of how expats can slide into the depths of depravity fairly quickly. A warming to newbies.

This guy certainly has invited some bad karma into his life

  5.
The OP mentioned that his boyfriend will be here in 2 weeks, to beat up the sadistic katoey and Jew and rescue him from their clutches. But first the boyfriend has to muster up some courage, create a buff body in the gym, and learn some muay thai.

This has all the markings of a great movie.

    The Quiet German?

Agreed, i remember hearing a story of a farang who posted on  thai forum, not sure this one or the other ones, who claimed his wife was slowly poisioning him, people called BS and Troll and it turned out the story was true and the guy concerned wad in a hell of a state and yes he was being poisioned

That is why there is no reason to doubt this story, even though it may seem quite ridiculous.

Maybe it's not being taken seriously as it is an alcoholic gay german, being sodomised by a katoey?

It is not a true story! I am not trolling or flaming this topic. I am entitled to my opinion and in my opinion this is a BS story.

Who knows? Think we should take the OP at face value, stranger things have happened

You definitely need rescuing from this situation.

What part of Thailand are you in?

Surely the German embassy would act if informed of this abuse.

If he is in certain areas, there's a poster here who is well connected with The Border police, maybe he could help

Why does the boyfriend hate Germans?

Also I can't understand him letting his katoey gf do this stuff.

    Its sickening.

think the OP has just answered the question.

How much does he owe them, and how much have they stole from him already?

The OP seems like he has been on a trail of destruction for sometime

  10. 11 minutes ago, Savilesghost said:

Quite...one only has to walk about a bit in Pattaya and observe some of the farang and Thai freak shows walking about to know there must be crazy stuff going on

But yes the OP really needs to get himself out the situation he is in

The OP still hasn't said where he is, I would hedge bets that he is in Pattaya or Patong , that sort of crazy stuff wouldn't be so far fetched there. Maybe there can be a rescue mission

  11. 1 minute ago, Savilesghost said:

Wow seems there are some very disturbed people about, in both Thai and Farang gay communities in Thailand

This is  one of the more far out stories I have heard, but as much as it sounds crazy - it is not beyond the realms of possibility here in Thailand, when you have been here for a few years and have witnessed some of the crass stupidity and desperation of some people who rock up on this shores.

The OP really does need to just get the hell out of where he is, and worry about the bank cards and passport later.

Last year I had a katoey gik in Cambodia. I am top, she was bottom. I am always top. This rape is by this vile katoey being top. Aggressive, horrible person. Her boyfriend is the same. Horrible man.

    :shock1:

Let me get this straight (Pardon the phrase), you are being raped by a Katoey and her boyfriend??

I should not have come here. I knew I was an alcoholic. I thought a new start would help me. These people in the bars know too much, they have seen many like me. Its too easy to bring you into their world. They have me in a room surrounded by yabba users. Not in my room, every other room in this hole is used by them. I am cash to them. Last week I attacked one of the yabba guys. He cried like a baby, his life is worse than mine.

    why can't you just leave??

Why you asking me I don't owe money to anyone ?? and for your information nobody farang or thai is allowed to be a loan shark it's illegal.

Did the OP say that he had been running up large bar bills on credit? Think that might be the issue

  15. I have to agree with deepinthailand here, the OP is certainly in some serious shit, and with his addiction as well as somewhat difficult financial circumstances, it's really time for him to return home to Germany or wherever; things will only get worse if he continues to hold onto a dream to stay in Thailand at any cost. He sadly looks like someone we could end up reading about in Pattaya News.

  16. Then why make up a false accusation of rape have you any idea how insulting that is to people who have genuinely been raped. And you want to falsely accuse an innocent person. Grow up man go to the police and report your passport stolen if your to scared to tell them the truth, that someone who is illegally lending you money or giving you a tab is illegally holding your passport. Then go to your embassy get a travel document with the police report you will have then go home as far as I am concerned your home country is welcome to you.  Your plan is totaly obsene.

I have been reading the thread and I can't see anywhere where Schadeboy has said that he is making stuff up.

Love the way people jump to conclusions. Maybe he will update us more today when he wakes up from his alcoholic haze

Correct. I want to know the law because I think what has happened to me is more serious that working online. If they can know that I am serious about the police, I hope I can get my passport back.

Maybe you should speak to your embassy, they surely will be able to help? Given that you mentioned you have an alcohol problem, suggest you reach out to AA , pretty sure some people will support you.

Sounds a slightly wierd story, but TIT

Then there's mail rape. That happens alot here.

Are there figures to back this up?

My understanding was that rape is very much under reported in Thailand, although to be honest I have absolutely no idea on the frequency of it here, though i am guessing it is nothing like India where it is almost accepted.
