OF COURSE she says THAT! Hahahaha!
"It said he had just returned from England to HIS WIFE!." - so???? Maybe he came back to find his "wife" in bed with her "brother." Like that has never happened.
"They had had no problems or arguments." - says she.
Perhaps you should open your mind a little to what happens here in a lot of "relationships" and I use that term, loosely. (no pun intended)

FUKC getting married... Like when I got to Clark in the Philippines, and the Base's Commander hosted a "Frank Talk," some organization needs to host/throw a newcomers "Frank Talk" Party. Part warning, and part party!
My brain certainly doesn't think like that all the time. I'm happy here, and consider myself a positive thinker. There's nothing wrong with seeing Phuket / Thailand, and certain Thai's, for what it really is, and what they really are..
There's a reason why they call this country "The world's brothel."
You can't afford to be that naive here, and I don't mean in the monetary sense. This thread is an example of that.
Many posters seem to think the problem was all in the deceased's head. Sure, he very well may have taken his own life, but who/what pulled the trigger?
Is it not possible his problems started when he came here, and perhaps he couldn't see it until he created his own financial ruin?
You can personally attack me, no problem to me, but do you deny Thailand has been the financial ruin of many here, with some of those people choosing suicide over repaying debt and embarrassment????

Suicide is for wusses! I would love to talk to his so-called friends!Yes, it solves all your problems without you having to deal with them. Where is the courageous in leaving your problems behind, not dealing with the difficulties of life and not have any feeling about how you might hurt the ones standing close to you? Just called you by going all in, didn´t I?

I can't believe he didn't have a friend, even just one, to call to talk to... Someone to clear his thoughts! FUKC!I am amazed by the lack of knowledge and understanding about depression and what can drive someone to take their own life.
Far from being a cowardly act, it is often a brave thing to do when faced by problems that appear insurmountable to that person, even if not to others.
Have a little sympathy please for someone who had reached the end of his tether in sad circumstances and had to end it all.

I think his wife leaving him would be a plus!
Most likely suicide, but my question is, what STARTED him down that path????
Is it POSSIBLE he just bought a property in his wife's name, and was then told by his wife the marriage was over????
It's not like it hasn't happened before, is currently happening, and will continue to happen in Thailand.

Yep!Sad very sad, he must have had some serious problems somewhere to even consider suicide.
Too young to die, i hope he can now find peace. R.I.P. young man.

He's on his flight back already....Yep, I know! Surly is or just a messed up relationship with Thailand and the ones close.
I know you´re going to get heat for that comment, but I agree with you with the small modification above.
I also find it very hard to see suicide as a way out. For me it´s just a cowardly way of a person not having the spine to deal with the problem.
Therefore, I will excuse myself. I can´t wish that someone is at peace. Ain´t possible, due to that the problem still exists. Not for him, but not dealt with.
I also find it very hard for somebody to rest in peace, when they likely died with unfinished business.
It can sound hard, I know. It´s just my view of life.

Yay YAY!!!Hundreds of share-bikes taken home by renters
“What we are really worried about the most is the group of people that are taking the bikes home - that number has now reached more than a hundred bikes."
By Nattha Thepbamrung and Kritsada Mueanhawong
Despite excellent feedback on the share-bike initiative and more than a thousand users per day, the share-bike project is suffering from renters who think that the bikes are “giveaways from the government”. Many users have taken the bike back home and using it as a personal belonging. Some of them have even brought their pick-ups and motor-tricycle (samlor) to take the bikes home.
The General Manager of Ofo Thailand, Noppadon Tujinda, says that the incidents might happen from either selfishness or misunderstanding that the bikes are given away for free.
“I would like to remind people that the bikes are for public use. It is free of charge to use for the first month and this promotion will last until the end of this month. After October 31, there will be a small rental fee and the bikes can be used for point-to-point transport. Apart from the 6 bikes dumped in the canal, we also found that there are some people using the bikes 30-40 kilometres away from the intended locations and rental spots,” he said.

Same here in NYC...In my former city, you had to use a credit card to rent a bike. They would put a hold for the replacement amount on your card and if the bike isn't returned, you've bought it. That's the only way to urge people to return the bikes in a timely manner and to the correct location.

In the Philippines it is the cops who get rich! You do the math...So much to the often praised 'high moral standards" in this country. Cops & Robbers comes to mind.

I think they did hide a GPS chip on them as they have knowledge that some are over 40 kms away.
Why didn't they pop a GPS chip in them?
Or didn't the person that gets overpaid for coming up with stupid ideas think of that?
