If you enter the country with a re-entry permit or a multiple entry visa a new TM30 report is not required.
Otherwise a new one is needed.
Not true I came back from Malaysia in October. I went to Imigration for my 90 day reporting and they refused to do it untill I did my tm30 first. But no fine.

I went to do my 90 day reporting last Tuesday but they refused to do it because I had no TM 30 slip in my passport. The reason being I went to Malaysia for 6 days in October so I was 90 days over for reporting. I had to queue up for two hours then I got the TM 30 then my 90 day reporting and no fine. In June 2020 they changed the rules if you went abroad and came back in on a re-entry visa and went back to the same address you did not have to do a tm30. So have they now gone back to the old rules.

I moved into a Condo 3 month ago, first month my water bill was 1,425 so i went to the office and said i think you have given me the wrong bill, this is for the communal swimming pool, we had a laugh and she sent maintenance round to check. he said there was a leak in the toilet which was bull so the next month i used as little water as possible and my next bill was 1,240, not happy back to the office insisted they change the meter 5 minute job. next months bill 350 baht.so thats your problem pay for a new meter if you have to they don't cost much but the condo office is responsible. and i did get my money back.
