That could be an option, but I don't want two routers. Will move to 2.5Gbps in the house and will also need a small switch.

Hi,
Happy Fibre user here, but want to swap out the AIS supplied ZTE ZXHN H198A V3.0 router with my own. Can't change DNS and I'd need that to run PiHole on my NAS.
As far as I remember from previous posts it needs to support VLAN 10 and also need PPPoE credentials from AIS.
Has anyone done the swap recently? Thanks.

If your Makro is anything like the Makro here in BKK, I have found that the frozen Australian beef tenderloin (sold in shrink wrapped 2 packs) was actually better than the (also frozen)Australian beef tenderloin from the one of the popular delivery services. It’s about ฿800/kg. I haven’t tried the Wagyu beef (don’t want to pay the price for NY strip/tenderloins and don’t want rump steak).
I like rump cap... This below is Wagyu MB4-5 from the company wife works at...

My wife works for an importer and they opened retail business in Bangkok (we are in Phuket, but head office is in Nonthaburi) Sole importers for some AU beef, premium stuff - priced accordingly.

Why/how is it useless in rain?
If you're going to drop 420K on a Street Triple 675, maybe also have a look at the Yam MT-09 (399K).
(I've got an FZ09 and used to have a Speed Triple 'back in the day')
I was thinking of a -2016 675cc STR, but need to keep looking for one...

Beaut is in the eye of thee beholder it looks OK up until you get to the rear end, looks to me something missing. ????
I think that mud guard thingy whatever looks ugly.
Don't particularly find it ugly, but apparently it's pretty much useless in rain.
On second thought, a Street Triple 675 looks much more interesting ????

The Sino is not _THAT_ bad. Its immunogenicity is much lower than mRNA ones, though.
We were offered AZ, and the blood clot issue is extremely rare with men - I'll take that.

Beautiful bike, might buy one at the end of the year...

400 cc is a good compromise between agility in the city and power. Honda CB1 was the best bike I ever had.
I am still looking for a nice CB400 super four Revo, love that bike!

I just went for the stock Dunlop D222 tires on my CB500F when I had to change - really good edge to edge!!! Or the newer models come with Michelin Road 5. Have a look at those, too!

Ditto... 120sqm two-storey house. Downsatirs 28k BTU aircon during evenings till we go to bed. Upstairs bedroom 15k BTU unit only at nights. All the usual household appliances and PEA bill is usually between 800-1000 baht depending on time of the year and how much time we spend at home...

But you can still have the app in your phone even if your wife registers in her name.
Would rather not. Requires too many permissions. Although I can turn them off selectively...
Will my wife be able to print a slip as proof of residency that I put in my passport to replace the current one or how does that work?

Your wife can register using the new address and then report you as staying at that residence.
Thanks a lot UbonJoe!

Hi all - we have bought a new house and my question is if it's possible for my wife to get registered on the Section38 app and add me to the new address? I don't have to have it installed on my phone at all, right?
I've had to do 90 day registration today and they processed it using our old address (where we still live) Just want to get ahead of the game and sort it out before we move in in about 2 weeks' time.
Thanks,

Schools don't normally apply for the work permit until the new teacher has a non-b visa since that is required to get a teachers license or waiver.
I think he meant the WP3 receipt from local employment office. I am now also looking at Penang, my current non-b is from them. (Right now on 60 day spouse visit extension after wp/extension of stay cancellation) Would gladly go there, but don't want to spend some THB 7k on getting a new police clearance from my embassy. My current one is from May 2017.
Also I found two different requirement list: one on the Penang site under service > visa requirement > Visa english
http://www.thaiembassy.org/penang/contents/files/services-20140508-110623-169095.pdf
Or the one that redirects to KL requirements:
To be on the safe side I will email them tomorrow.

Yes, it has been made easier and no need to leave the country.
But OP seems to want to take a short holiday.
Theoretically it is possible, but in reality my new school could not get all the docs ready by the time the WP had to be cancelled. And in order for it to work all need to be prepared so immigration can issue the new 1yr extension of stay.
AIS fiber own router - has anyone done it recently?

Yes, I've got the ONT and it is hooked up via ethernet to the router's WAN port. I just want to swap the router with my own. Thinking of a normal router, no fancy AX or MU-MIMO stuff as most devices (except for one) are connected via ethernet anyway. A solid ASUS or an Archer that supports openwrt.
