 Prime Minister’s Office has urged car dealers to adhere to the contracts and treat customers fairly.  Meaning   that gross negligence   will be tolerated at a price  /level       so its a given then that more than handful of dealers will try  to push their luck    well beyond ethical

thats not just down to honesty   its down to people putting them self's up as pros and not having a clue   in other words chancers   plenty of those around all over

i have seen  on this site information on recommended/approved   thai companies for this purpose  i suggest a little more investigation will lead you to quest   best of luck  why do you want an OA  not poss for O    ??
