I have an Indonesian friend who wants to come to Thailand for an extended stay but does not qualify for any of the long-stay visas. Can he come in on his 30-day tourist visa, extend 30 days at local immigration, fly out or drive out, return and do the 30-day plus 30-day extension again? And again?
