DogNot I had the same problem. What it is, is that when you click the date icon (next to vaccination date request) a calendar appears down below. It is very hard to see as it is covered by your keyboard screen. It will show January, which is full, so you arrow across to the next month then click your date and it should carry on.

Registered yesterday for my booster shots at Bang Sue, after receiving two Astra Zenica shots there. The last was on October 21st. Got an appointment for the 8th.February. This was the first date available.
