Hello folks, just testing my luck here to see if anyone knows about this. I often order medicines that don't need a prescription from India because its cheaper. This time customs asked why there is no document showing the medicines are FDA approved, and since no such document was present inside the package, they destroyed the contents. Baffled about this and awaiting reply from the company in India selling them, they should have known to include what's necessary. These type of companies used to ship to my home country until a couple years ago, but since laws changed and they are no longer allowed, they don't -- but why wouldn't they know what is required to ship to Thailand (even if Thai customs only did it this time)? Anyone know about this issue? The only thing I could find in the Thai FDA site is that narcotics are not allowed, but this is not the case here.
