2000 baht per treatment for Thais around Pattaya area at government clinic. Thais typically get 2 treatment per week depending on their weight.

Farangs might get 3 which is typical in farangland depending on the treatment time and person's weight, etc.

Yes, many foreign students all over the world apply to American school system for free tuition at the expense of US tax payers. Vast majority try to stay in America and few do go back to their countries, especially after making good money. Very common practice.

I also had weekly package that got deducted so I only kept minimal balance and once that runs out no more money is taken since I have no money in my account.
