Would like to know how we as expats can get the Moderna private hospital vaccine as the rest of the choices will be rather ineffective with the newer strains now coming into the country. 

Having just done this it is no longer the simple practice. If you purchase a car from Bangkok you are required to first start with Pattaya motor vehicle office then go to Bangkok, then go to Chonburi motor vehicle 2 more times before you will have plates and a blue book. I suggest bringing reading material to the Chonburi office as it is the only place to issue within the province. Almost makes you wonder why they even have an office in Pattaya. 

It is hard to believe that TAT want's us to think that anything has changed. Seeing none of these fabulously wealthy Russians and Chinese anywhere in Jomtien, but seeing 30 plus buses parked on Jomtien second road everyday makes me think the "sports activities" take place at Lukdod market and various latex shops indoors.
