28 year old Australian (Melbourne) who made the move to live in Thailand a short while ago. Living in the North-East with the wife, daughter, son on the way and our Caucasian Shepherd and Fila Brasileiro to look after us. Live 3kms from our main city on a rai of land that the dogs love running around (completely fenced). Have mostly bananas on our farm (1km from house). Work for the government at a school, but also work for various other government departments lecturing. 

Have travelled all around the country (including the deep South). Wife is a Director of Public Health, Father in-law ex Thai Army and now Mayor. Various other members of family are bosses of police, policeman, soldiers, politicians, lawyers, village heads, teachers, nurses, farmers etc.  I have a fair idea of different policies, processes, laws, etc that can help foreigners living here. Obviously here on a marriage visa. Immediate future plans are to further develop the garden to make it more comfortable for the kids and dogs, and hopefully volunteer in the juvenile prison that is being built. Monash University educated.
