Not to mention they drive on the right side of the road in vn so your Thai car has the steering wheel on the wrong side.
ARE you for real ? Thais spend most of their time driving on the right or the middle
British drivers can drive on the right safely anywhere in the world so whats the problem in Vietnam ????

What hypocrisy! So many pedestrians in the road, crossing it at the wrong places etc etc. And who gets the blame when they are hit....jonny motorbike rider. Now that the vendors are mostly moved out the BMA should put bike lanes on the sidewalks, and make sure the pedestrians stick to their side...or else.
when do Thai drivers. stop to let anyone cross NEVER they have no road sense

So its only for tourists with money good luck hope you all get ripped off royally you all deserve nothing else

So as usual you have ALL missed the point HOW MUCH 2400 return each plus car ? you go with wife/girlfriend 4800 children ? so for a family it could cost 10000 before food beer and fags that is an expensive day out

If authorities want information about people that are potential "baddies" in order to better monitor or catch them this is hardly the way to do it. I don't think they are actually trying to target overstay farang.
With so many possible baddies around from illegal immigrants to terrorist I can just imagine some military intelligence official coming up with the bright idea that "We need information about what sort of people are out there, so lets get them to fill out a questionnaire".
Any person with mischief in mind is hardly going to give accurate information. There are so many better ways to collect and store biometric data in order to identify and track people.
So you have military intelligence 55555 Then we have Thai military intelligence. remember the old joke about putting
military and intelligence in the same sentence

If members have a Mac computer, the function is built in after you scan the form. Bring it up in the Preview App, which allows annotations, including filling in text.

One would think that all could be easily recorded once and that's it. Obviously the database is not maintained well.
I have no issue with any information given to the authorities, except income maybe.
Luckily I am not subject to 90 day reporting, as My work requires me to leave country regularly. But most of the info is actually given when applying for visa anyway.
what Database "O" you mean the big filing cabinet were we keep all the paper!!

They are both offences but one is were the driver in charge of the vehicle willing and severely incapacitates his/her ability to control the vehicle - that is a huge difference, if you don't get it then are really are a "fruit man"
how many thai drivers are sober they only have two speeds walking pace and death race they cant even
talk and drive they thing lights and indicators are for decoration and cant decide which lane there are in
