Hello,
I know I am not an avid user of this website however I do run several sizable forums that would riot if the edit permission was taken from self posts, threads. We need this permission back, Why have we disabled it? Everyone makes typos now and again...

Let's reign this in a bit.
@Stuart Foxcan you first of all give us a bit more information about yourself and your girlfriend, and why you wish to move to the UK "as fast as possible"?
Is your income UK based or Thailand based, do you have accomodation to live in the UK, all this will be part of her application, how far is she into her pregnancy, would she be able to travel when an if her application was approved?
You have a prove an income of £18,600 per year in the UK, there are different rules for an income from a non UK source, her income and savings are not part of the equation, do you have a job or income source in the UK?
You would have to be married, or have been living in a relationship akin to marriage for at least two years, she doesn't qualify as being in a substisting relationship for two years, so you would have to me married.
As well as an application fee of approximatley 66,000 Baht, a NHS Surcharge of £625 per year, payable in advance for 30 months, to cover any access for the NHS, she would also need to take a TB test and demonstrate her English speaking skill.
As others have indicated, Thailand has a pretty good record for childbirth and childcare, and if the father of the child is a UK National by birth, the child could still claim citizenship if the child was born here, though the childs decendants could encounter difficulties in later years in this respect.
Yes I'm divorced(nice spot on my history haha). Regarding this question.
My job is secure and someone did make a valid point she is covered by the hospital that is very true. However, I believe I may be wrong about education system here in Thailand. Schooling would be much better for her/him in UK if I am correct? I understand UK rent prices would be a tad high however it is a good place to bring up a family.
I was planning on moving in with my family for one month then move out to a house as soon as possible if she is accepted into the UK.
There is a lot NHS based jobs for my girlfriend as she is proficient in English her education is straight A's and degree's will show that to any employer so would be rather easy for her.
I work online for a major game company in USA so i am fine and able to work anywhere in the world. I have been fine for 5-6 years. Again roughly making 4000-5000usd per month.

I assume you applied for a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon marriage to a Thai.
It will be the same supporting documents you had when you applied last year.
Yes, I have a non-o Wife Visa Stamped, I almost expired. Any chance you can provide the checklist for me to follow?

Look through previous threads of people being questioned to see what sort of questions they ask
Can't find anything https://www.thaivisa.com/forum/search/?q=Cambodia visa run&sortby=newest&page=1
Also still looking for advice on other questions.

It depends on your history, if you have a history of visits using SETV and VE you are more likely to be questioned at the Airport
Nongkhai Immigration are VERY friendly, you will have no issues crossing back, I know this from experience
What questions will they ask?
Also, I did a year of VISA runs then an ED visa then flew back to UK stayed for 3 months and bought a new passport. Now back in Thailand.

Herro,
I currently do VISA runs via Laos Boarder. I want to get the SETV with two months visit then renewable 30 days.
I am currently planning on doing the following;
- DMK Don Mueang Plane to PNH Phnom Penh
- Bringing 20,000THB with me.
Questions
- With recent scares of the 20,000THB entry requirement will this be required for me?
- Will i be required to get a Visa for Cambodia
- Am i able to apply for the SETV 2 month plus 30 days extension in Cambodia? If so where in Phnom Penh
- Why do people prefer Laos Visa Runs than Cambodia?
- Where do i go in Phnom Penh to get the Visa for Thailand?

Just to clarify this, to get the same as his first entry which is on a Single Entry Tourist Visa (SETV) , every time he leaves before he returns he needs to obtain another SETV from the embassy outside Thailand to get another 60 days + 30 day extension.
SETV?

I think there are databases that can be accessed for certain types of criminal offenses. Perhaps drug trafficking, pedophilia, terrorism and etc. Not saying that was the case but as an example.
He's from the USA and turns out he's a sex offender.... He managed to come before and was allowed in it makes no sense.

Hey,
So a group of friends decided to all meet up in Thailand(two previously visited me and "bob"). I found out yesterday "bob" has been deported.... Thai Immigration waited for him to get of the plane and made him go into the immigration office. They say people who have been to prison with a criminal record are not allowed to enter Thailand. They have now permanently banned him for coming back and is currently on the plane home...
-
What type of visa do you have now?
You can apply for a single entry tourist visa at a nearby embassy or consulate.
From Bangkok most people go to Vientiane Laos to get the visa.
Single Entry Tourist Visa for three months
