  1. There's 2 things i have learnt about baht buses..

NEVER GET INTO AN EMPTY ONE. Always make sure there's someone already in it.

If the driver utters the words "where you go".. get out and find another.

  2. I think some of you people need to learn to use Agoda..

I've not paid over the odds for a hotel in Thailand since 2011 on my first trip.

You can find some fantastic bargains for under a 1000 baht that are not shitholes with "thai style" shower and toilet

I just found this for 441baht a night on agoda..

    550baht reduced from 2000...

  3. I’m a 28 year old guy and I’ve been traveling to Pattaya and Thailand many times in the last few years.. So I’m not a n00b to the area.

The time has come where I want to attempt living there for a few months for a bit of an experience

I have a small online income that is growing every month.. About £500 a month. I would like to attempt to live on less than that in a month in pattaya.

I know it’s not a huge amount of cash but I won’t be in party mode.. I’ll be in my room some of the day and partaking in some hobbies and gym

I’ve got £8000 saved and lots of credit cards.. So I’m not going to be a destitute tramp outside 7/11 begging for help to fly home

I’ve never rented anything in Thailand.. Always been hotels, and I know most rentals are contract based.. I would like to stay flexible.. So if I <deleted> up.. Run out of money I can just go home easily with nothing lost.

Is it possible to rent somewhere for just a month by month basis... or at a stretch 2 months minimum?? Budget 5,000baht month
