Thanks johng. I am a frequent visitor, but not full time yet. I do have a trip planned for October and will be staying there for a few weeks in an Airbnb to try and gauge what it is like. Obviously that will be just a small snapshot of what it is like in low season, but given my current circumstances I don't have the option of renting for a few months. I am just looking to get as much information from all sources to allow for good decisions to be made. Cheers.
I am looking into purchasing a studio condo in Baan Suan Lalana in Jomtien. Is anyone living there able to offer feedback, good or bad, on what it is like to live there?
I see one property company seems to be selling a lot of condos there? Is that normal or is there a reason?
Thanks in advance,
