Best I have tasted is in Cafe Kronborg, Soi Dianna, opposite Areca Lodge Hotel. Although I usually have it with prawns instead of chicken.

Perhaps it's not a circuit draining the battery, it's the alternator not charging the battery.
Easy test, run car then lift the positive lead off battery, if car stops alternator is not working.

Positive, but can sell only between 11.00am and 2.00 pm and 5.00pm and 9.00 pm, as in 7/11, how crazy is that.

Exactly this...
Someone in a position of ‘decision making power’ is simply outright refusing to ‘approve’ this until he receives his rightful back-hander.... in Thailand (along with many countries) no one is in these positions without the expectation to profit through graft, its so common they target these positions with a sense of entitlement towards the back-handers....
It's disgusting and hopefully, now that the media are aware of this ‘the person’ blocking this charitable deal will be embarrassed into doing the right thing...
......From the Hub of Misunderstandings..... it was all a misunderstanding...
Don't forget they have to get back the money they had to pay to get the position of "decison making power" in the first place111

My vaccine certificate does not have the passport number, only name and dob. Accepted for sandbox and everywhere I have been in the meantime where certificate was requested.
Related to this, when you get issued a new passport with your visa stamp in the previous passport you need to get the visa stamp transferred to the new passport at Thai immigration office. You will get an additional stamp with the visa history and old passport number marked in the new passport. With this you will not need to carry the old passport.
I also got my certificate yesterday and there is no passport number on it, only name and DOB.

Got my certificate yesterday, passport number section blank, no passport number on it???

BBC has printed the new list and Thailand still red.
Read the article
"These destinations were not on the government's red list, but the Foreign Office had still warned against non-essential travel to them due to Covid."

In the U.S. the Merck pill is still undergoing testing. It does not even have emergency use authorization yet. The U.S. may have very high standards for this testing but once approved for EUA you can be pretty sure it is safe to use. And, 200,000 pills? Let's see, with a population of 70 million I believe that 200,000 would cover 0.00286% of the population.
If your calculations are correct, the %age of fatalities due to Covid here in Thailand are miniscual, so why is the whole population and country locked down ????
