what about noise pollution specially on jomtien beach . People fire firecrackers all nite and we cannot sleep

my booking is handled by Expatvac and i have received now 3 sms , one per day , to be there at their hospital at 1.30pm on 25 august , tomorrow

i would like to know if the hospital is accessible arriving from Pattaya via highway 7 or there is a better route
