Kidding right. The Thais frequent the all you can eat places, competition for the Chinese.
The Indians Beach road and 7/11s .
These people are hardly seen in beer bars.
agree a lot of bars are dead , but was way before the Virus.
Its the falling value in our cash that’s killing trade in these places.
Im no cheep Charlie but can assure you my spending has curtailed.
I live here, have a good life, and wish to remain.
If that means tightening my belt because of false money markets so be it.
Those in charge of this propaganda can keep fooling themselves.
The Chinese and Indians are not the answer. Nor the Russians.

This would be the dumbest idea ever.
Pattaya already extends this festival and the locals leave in mass.
All workers off work go home, and the the place is overcome by
morons.
I know my local bar which runs golf tours 6 days weekly seldom
operates during Songkran.
Personally I love the actual Songkran day, it’s festive feel etc.
But it’s not a week long event or 9 days whatever.
And the general Pattaya area has not had significant rain for months.
Lets waste what water there is.

Can’t understand the need for power, maybe compensation for something smaller in life.
i have had a Nissan Almera for almost 3 years.
yes low end grunt is obvious , but if you give it gas it gets up to speed in good time.
1.2 litre engine, no problems on highways.
wouldn,t like it in the country side though.
Ram a 2 litre car into a wall at 120 there’s not much difference between a 1.2.

I agree with you but there's no transport to get them to school other than the motorbike.
You may well say that it's up to the parents to drive them there but mum and dad are working in the fields at silly-o-clock.
I'm actually surprised that there's not more fatalities in the sticks.
Most Villagers I see have Schools and Temples aplenty.
This excuse is bull<deleted>e. Yes some have a little way to go but every day you see multitudes of young lazy kids riding.

It amuses me to see all these ( what about ) statements.
Yes there is still uses for the odd bit of plastic, but reducing their use is the outcome wanted.
I bought over a few cloth bags from Australia couple of years ago and use them every shopping trip. It’s an easy task.
Now don’t come training the Thais to do as such as an excuse.
Be a leader in this not a follower.

Going to be fun waiting at the station for the one in front to move on , we know the Thais won’t leave till full. They will be backed up to the previous station .

In a country where you can be pulled over and fined for offences such as no license, helmet or insurance then let drive away where is the hope.

How hard is it to buy and bring re useable bags shopping.
i always bring a few from Australia when I go home.
much easier to pack at the counter.
im certainly no greenie but feel better for my use of cloth bags.
and as for your cat <deleted> you can for a small price buy some small bags.

Don't know why he would worry about being Black listed.
he is broke, no way of returning, and if he was to it would take 5 years
to fund a return going on the sound of things.
