Honestly, Bangkok is still better than KL. I went in KL last year and I find it kinda boring. Another thing is that people in Thailand are more approachable than those in KL. When it comes to accommodations you will notice that Bangkok is a lot cheaper compare in KL.

Don't mind her dressing that way. Are you that too conservative? I wouldn't mind at all unless I saw her wearing that clothes and she's heading to the temple that's the time I worry. 

Surely, those zig zag lines caught motorists attention. It is only a traffic calming device to the motorists to alert them that a particular street is getting narrow and they need to somewhat slow down to avoid any accidents on the road. 

Anyone who wants to travel to Thailand will not have any trouble meeting locals there who speak English but of course not everyone is really good in speaking the English language. In that case, knowing few Thai words and phrases can go places as locals will appreciate you more because of your attempt to learn their language. 

I don't think I am also fluent in Thai, in fact I'm very terrible when it comes to speaking the Thai language. I would like to really be good at it since I'm currently living in Bangkok. I feel like my life will be a lot easier if I can get along with my Thai colleagues, though they understand me well  using a foreign language I still want to walking down the street and speak the language without hesitation. 

That was a horrible experienced! If that would happen to me I might consult a lawyer for a possible case. What happened to you and your Thai girlfriend was totally unacceptable. How could they do that kind of insult?! I've been to Bali twice and that never happened to me and my partner. 

There are certain beliefs for those Buddhist Tattoos but I am not actually aware of those as I've read it somewhere a couple of years ago. According to the article I read but forgot the site, the Buddhist Tattoos signify blessings, wealth, and peace. Also it is a representation of their loyalty to their faith. 

If a foreigner wants to apply for a visa O you should secure a copy of documents proving the family relationship like birth certification. You also must secure a copy of household certificate and a copy of id card of the person having Thai nationality which means your mother cannot apply for it. Why not stick to tourist visa alone?
