If my partner has a house her name and currently holds Thai passport. When she becomes an Australian citizen will there be any issue with the house in her name? Or will she treated like a foreigner and not allowed to own a house in her name?

Thanks for the advice, I'll probably still rent. My partner bought a house of the plan in a gated estate at Lampang. It has just been completed but it's mostly for the family to live in and when we go back to Thailand we can stay there. I'm in no real rush but if I retire I'd rather be close to the water than a remote area like Lampang.

Hi I'd like to look sometime this year or next year for a condo off the plan no real rush but as a holiday home to and from AUSTRALIA until I retire. Does anyone have any recommendations, only need a small studio.

Hi If I fly to thailand, the after 20 days fly out of Thailand and go to another asian country, do U get another 30 days if I fly back into thailand or do I only get the 10 day balance?
