Blood Sugar , avalid reason, mines perfect, dont know why,i was never careful about diet.Cholesterol was biggest prob found from my long overdue blood test, and too little exercise.Lost 5Kilo this month by just walking a bit more, no intention of doing anything at my age i cant sustain.
