Pay your fine after check in. 500 Baht a day. Bring it to the attention of one of the officials directing the lines . You won't have to stand there forever as they will take you directly to overstay counter, pay your fine ,stamp passport and your on your way. Have the correct amount in cash to speed things up . Bit like a VIP check out as you won't be standing in that never ending line which can at times cost you a missed flight.
