the aus dollar is best its been for a long time but the next month or so might get a little better and house prices are down so tread lightly take your time

prachinburi i have had a visit last 2 years they wanted copy of ID cards 2 neiboures and they interviewed them both took pictures of our bedroom and just about everthing else got the neibours to hold a big sign up to dob in a farang for working etc i personly found it an invasion of privacy and dont understand what it has to do with the neiboures and they felt the same way i felt like a criminal

my daughter is 7 years complains to me about the english teacher cant speak english and from what ive seen she cant spell either shes the only one in the school that speaks english and already sick of translating for the teacher they asked if i could help the school for 1 hour a day with no pay but imagration said no but i was prepaid just to help thing are realy getting out of hand when you cant get invold with your childrens education

everthing is more expensive even shoping the thai bht is high but import goods have still got more expensive visas have become a joke i think they dont want us see how they go with the chinees and india when they say pang to much

i had to show that the 800.00bht was there 6 mounths before application

just tried to extend marriage non o they still wanted 800.000bht in the bank for six mounths prior to application plus a letter from the bank to verifi that i had an acc with them tried to point out is not the same as the web site basicaly had to shut my mouth i think every office has its own rules

just spent 3 hole days in prachinburi to renue my non o based on marriage ended having to go to the bank 4 times everytime you got somthing and went back they would want somthing different, photo copy shop 7 times and that was after going and asking them a week early what they wanted also had to get a letter from berths, deaths,and marriage ofice to verifi our marrige cert then they came to our house and the next door neibore had to get 2 copys of here id card and right a letter to say that we live in our house seems to me everybody you talk to has a different story and every ofice has there own rules

there are touts at the border that can do it for you if you don't want to travel just stay as close to the border in Cambodia as you can you need 2 passport photos a copy of your passport and an adrees that you will be staying at if its a house adrees a copy of land book and I sent a copy of my wifes ID card as well believe me they will find you don't have to look far

very easy just got back myself 4000bht wait 3 days just enjoy the temples siem reap nice people cheep and well worth a look
