Parents need to be more responsible and police need to enforce road laws.

Unfortunately, I don't see either happening anytime soon.

Yeah, there's lots of decent after hours bars here. I used to live in Shanghai tho, it's not quite on that level.

The same thing happened to me on Monday - I was stopped for questioning because I've been on visa exemption status + extending my stay each visit. They told me this would be the last time I can do it and just have to apply for a tourist visa on my next entry. It was super stressful but they assured me I'd have no issues if I had a tourist visa next time. 

I've used a few and they didn't really impress me. Something along the lines of DuoLingo would be great - last I checked, they didn't have Thai as an option.
