If you get fresh casings from the market you will have to turn them inside out and scrape the interior mucus out with a table knife.Then what you are left with is the membrane . It is easier to buy the salted frozen ones that have already been scraped ,cleaned and salted.

They are cut into meter lengths which I find does about a kilo of plain pork snarler.I usally soak all in the pack and rinse them out thoroughly and then put them into little plastic bags and refreeze them. Then I can  take out a little pack of 2 lengths ,soak and rinse again and pak up a couple of kilos of sausage. It costs about 240 to 270 baht a pack and there is about 30 meters in a pack. Easy-peasy.

Hi.

Started with the bedroom aircon dripping water inside a day or so ago.

They have pulled not only the aircon apart but also the switchboard or where the breaker switches are because there was "no power getting to the aircon" The aircon was working before they pulled it apart apart from the drip. They have now gone and will apparently return tomorrow to reassemble aircon with some part or something that is unexplainable.

I think I will go and live in a mud hut in Africa.

Looking for a competent sparky in Ubon Ratchathani.

I am getting sick and tired of the ones Mrs Tong hires who turn up with a rudimentary set of tools and an obvious lack of knowledge.

The what are to my mind seemingly small repairs apparentlly grow like topsy and appear to have no relevant connection to the problem at hand.

Mrs Tong translates and of course takes the thai side and of course it is thai electricity which is different to any other system in the world and of course I am the know nothing alien.

I do not want the thai version of Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels plying their idiocy into my wiring.

It is not a big ask.  WANTED.

                                  Electrician with the relevant certification and a good work ethic.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

The previous person said something about bluetooth so I thought i would try that.

Mate I dont even know what bluetooth is.

So , in the last hour I have managed to get the password in then the connect button goes black which is showing some progress.

Then the screen reads> authentication problem<

Is it the router with the problem or the tablet ?

I cannot turn the wifi on. We have an asdl router at home and all the other devices work and connect.

That is 2 samsung galaxy 3s and 1 laptop.

If I turn wifi off on the tablet and turn bluetooth on the message reads <To see availible networks,turnWi-Fi on>

So I do that and get the wifi secured with wpa/wpa2 then i tap the correct box and another box comes up with

NAME

SIGNAL STRENGTH   Excellent

SECURITY                   WPA/WPA2PSK

PASSWORD

                         SHOW PASSWORD

SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS

     CANCEL                           CONNECT

The cancel button is hard black and the connect button stays barely visible gray

Bought this in NZ a week ago and thought I could just connect to the WIFI at home which I have done before with my samsung galaxy phone which was also bought in NZ.

No go. Followed all the instructions as per the manual and the wifi Connect button just stays gray.

So thought the problem might be lack of SD card .

bought a SD card which had another chip looking thingy in the packet. 490 baht. And the other thing I doubt I will ever use.

And still no go.

Of course small gifts seem to work, such as a fluffy pokemon toy or a fluffy bear.

And do not forget "face" You took hers away so you can rest assured the minimum payback is at least double and can sometimes be quadruple.

Does anybody know where to replace a cracked iphone screen cheaply in Ubon Ratchathani?

I am not sure of the model . It may be a 6 or 5 .

There is no model number on the outside of the phone.

I guess they assume the owner should know .

The phone was given to me and apart from the screen crack is okay.

And an old fart like me is just not up with the play.

Even getting the plastic cover off a milk bottle is a bit of a challenge at times.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
