Any news on if the extension will also be 45 days making it 45+45=90 days possible total. Or 45+30 days extension = 75 days? I haven't been able to find any information about this. Cheers!

Hello! I live down in the South of Thailand and my sister lives in the north. I will be leaving the country soon so I want to transfer ownership of the bike to her name and have it shipped up there. Can I do that without having to attend when the transfer and paperwork is being made? Assuming I have filled in all the correct paperwork, signed, and have it sent to her etc. I read somewhere that there are new rules in place where both seller and buyer needs to be present to be able to transfer ownership. Any info or advice much appreciated, Cheers!
