My friend had a bad experience with  ?  condo at sirimangkalajan, This condo is behind Kad Suan Kaew. They said Pet was ok but they changed their mind after my friend paid the deposit, and my friend had to give up 500,000 baht deposit as he could not live there without his two little dogs. they lie, unfortunately my friend did not  read the contract before he paid the deposit, he should insist them to put on the contract first. And they said  " yes we lie so what can you do to us? you paid the deposit"

sorry anybody knows about the news that a pick-up van drag two little cat to death? did the police found the driver ??

for God sake, he followed them for a week, after a live show, he complained. ???????? the couple just enjoyed themselves, they did not bother anybody, there was nobody at the bridge, only that one followed them for a week, they probably showed to him on purpose.  After watching the show and then complain .  

it is not diffiuclt to     get them, it depends on the army and police if they really want to.

whoever wants to work here should have legal document, I think the government here  is doing a good job. That stop some criminals using work to hide in Thailand , stop people work here without proper professional certificate or training  , stop people employ worker who has no proper skill...etc.  

The Governament try to clean up Thailand but clear all those massage and sex business, destroy the income of those people, they will come to rob, to steal,....etc Governament should deal with that at the same time, send more police around and work more.  

why come to Thialand? no helps from any body and no protection , many bad news before they still want to come. what can we say ?

it is not stupid to go out to drink, it is stupid to go to Pattaya after so many bad news about the place. Tourist encourage the people doing the crime. They don,t believe what happens in Pattaya and they like to go and try, let them. If nobody goes to Pattaya, it will not have such crime.

that is stupid to put this on line, now if we have done something wrong, such as little over speed, forget driving license ...etc, we may not be able to pay little money  to solve the problem instead we may have to spend a long time to go to the police station to deal with it.

100 baht to save you a lot of trouble and time, for this little issue, it should be allowed

no red cab from night market would charge 30 bahts, it is a joke, they normally start the price around 100 

It is normal training, yes it is painful but it only hurts a little, after the training, you will feel much better.  All sport training has pain.

I had that training from my father , it hurts a little for one or two days but after you feel good.

best food ?????? just came back from BKK, I saw a street food store cutting roasted pork on a chopping board but the chopping board also had a lot of raw meat on it, I think she just cut some raw meat and then put the cooked roasted pork on the same board .

Also I stopped at one petrol station, wanted to eat there, the food store lady asked me what did I want to eat, she just picked her ear and the fingers still rubbing together, I was sick seeing that. I would not eat at those store anymore.

School would not check foreigner background, they love to have foreigner teacher, as long as you look like farang , you can get the teaching job , it does not a matter you can teach or not. My friend is a qualify English teacher with teaching certificate but he could not get a teaching job in Chiangmai because he has oriental face. He was born in England, educated in England, holding British passport but he just couldn,t get a job , they told him it was because they only want farang look teacher. On the other hand , another friend of mind , only 23 yrs old, does not now any English grammar, no experience of teaching, has not been trained,  he could get teaching job very easily, , because he is farang. 

Right ,do not sell your house , come to Thailand to stay for few yrs first to see if it is good for you, Place suitable for a lot of people but may not be good for us. Living in a place not the same as you come for holiday. Also go to Burma to find out the place too. Not Philippine pls.

Law is here but no one enforce it, I know kids 15 driving big lorry for his father's business, police only work whenever they want, night time the police does not bother to do much. They see bike riders do not wear helmet, but they would not do anything. It is normal here. They will enforce the law whenever they like it.
