They should encourage more births by making mixed couples with more than 2 children be exempted from having the 400,000 baht needed for the marriage visa. 👍👍👍

This is one of the reasons why I have never gone to Hua Hin in the last few years. It is just too dangerous to drive. The highway is cramp, bumpy and with the construction, it is a death trap. Furthermore, the highway is not a highway in that the road is accessible from all side roads and with thai driving, you will expect cars or bikes filtering into the highway at any time ... Avoid it if you can. So, no Hua hin for me

Sounds really BS to me… There are only 2 possibilities for the Thai baht - gravity defying and totally defying all understanding - rise, are: a. The scammers laundering their profits through their favorite currency the Thai baht. b. The Thai government strengthening the baht to sustain and buy more weapons for its Cambodian war. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 either way it has nothing to do with economy or the sudden demand for Thai baht.. when no one is investing or selling import to Thai economy …..nor is the Thai economy particularly attractive considering the uncertainty of the coming election… in other words - nobody I know wants Thai baht except for the poor expat living in Thailand 🤣🤣

I am sticking to my assumption that the baht has always been the default currency of scammers and their bosses to cash out and launder money from their scam centres near Thailand .. only this can explain why with the War, the baht is in great demand and has risen against all gravity and odds because the scammers are desperate to get out of war zone which affects all businesses including scamming industries.. 🤭🤣

AND ... it is still rising... for the past few days the baht has risen more than 5%. defying all logic ... it is either currency control or the other possible - demand of baht from money launderers .. changing into baht... Anyone has a 3rd possible reason for the rising baht - for a country with growing household debt depleting all its spending power and a low growth of 1-2 percent and tariff hit exports........ ???? and declining tourists... or lastly - somewhere along these lines must be some fake news/data. Sigh....

He had enough money and leverage, and he said - all he ever wanted was to return to Thailand, retire, die and be buried with his family beside him. BUT when he returned to Thailand, he made a mockery of Thai justice system - got out of jail on fake illness - then be the puppet master, setting up all the dummies/proxies, to return and mass power, money and status......and want to control Thailand again disregarding all his pathetic pleas earlier to return Now the powers to be finally woke up and - just set him back in his place 🤣... at least he is still alive.

Thai fare pricing is really off… I take regular flights across Asia pacific and Thai flight tickets are sometimes more than 20 percent more than its competitors in the same sector… crazy… then there is the shortchanged - on certain flights they operate between Singapore to Bangkok, the flight comes without inflight entertainment and it’s like a budget airline …when you pay for a full flight …. Next comes the Thai royal orchid plus… it’s so badly managed that you will never get upgrades or hit gold class despite even flying every month …. So this does not create any loyalty at all to flyers like me ….

They rather leave their properties empty and decaying rather than lower price to rent or to sell...... really baffling ..... Probably its only possible in an artificial market where house values increase at 10-20% each year regardless of market demand or need.... hahahahahaha🤭😂

Finally!!! some sensible project. But Thailand should target itself as an airways connection hub - although i know this will compete with Singapore. Bangkok has a better location than Singapore - within 2 hours flight time, it can connect with way more countries than Singapore. Imagine the stopover crowd through BKK and Suvarnabhumi... its another source of income!!!! This is a blessing from BKK location and yet Thai government don't want to do this. Is there no money in this that motivates any of the Thai government instead of them always focusing on railway, road and big projects development... LOL

Thailand is deemed as a base for all these neighboring scam centers. But this lady does not look like the common profile of scam center recruits. Because the scam centers target Asians, it will be meaningless for them to recruit a westerner. Looks more like she is in the flesh trade, and it turned bad for her somehow. RIP.

Well... at least the grown-up Men appears to be back in charge now .... 🤭😆..and Thaksin's DEI team is out.. Being a foreigner, I must say that Anutin's team looks more technically and visually credible than the prior administration which were clearly staffed by old cronies, nepotism and visually looked weak/comical on international stage .... as exposed in the Cambodian war. The Authorities and powers are very kind to Thaksin. They could have investigated whether Thaksin committed deception on the State by pretending to be sick or "terminally ill" which was certified by some very big-name doctors high up in the Thai medical council. Had the court investigated, all these doctors will be in trouble and Thaksin would have got a worse deal with new charges and add-on jail time..... vs the current order for him to just serve the time he used in the hospital. He is either very lucky again ... and may have slither his way out again.
