We are going to entry to Thailand without any visa because our countries are under  extemption theme and going to apply for Non-O visa when we are in Thailand already. As I got we will be able to get visa for 90 days first and get another (or extension?) for a year after.  

Can we leave Thailand and back during first 90 days visa? As I know it is single visa not multi. 

Could you suggest?

if we get 90 days retirement visa in Thailand can we go overseas? Or have to stay inThailand till we get 1year visa? As I know 90 days visa is single

If I arrived to Thailand without visa ( under visa extemption theme) can I apply for retirement visa?

Kasikorn bank is opening account if you have property or just agreement with developer to buy property or if just tell you need it to transfer money for retirement visa. 

For me they opened with  sales agreement with developer and for husband they opened account for retirement transfer but we got residential sertificate from immigration for bank. Really easy.
