    Took your advice and read some other threads about yogurt making. I filled a milk bottle that was 3/4 full with yolinda and left it in a warm dark corner under some towels. I'll see how it turns out tomorrow

    I read you need to heat the milk first to make it thicker. but I'm not after a thick yogurt so I just skipped that step

  2. Weird request but I want to make my own ayran, its a turkish salty yogurt drink - I love it, probably sounds gross but I'm craving bad.

     

    The ingredients are pretty much Yogurt, Salt and Water - but the yogurt has to be kinda sour. Can anyone recommend anything in thai supermarkets? I tried Yolinda which is fine but its not sour enough for my liking
