Car Comfort Shop CO.  is seeking a social media manager to provide the SMM support for a car installation center in the Greater Bangkok area ( Bang Wa, Phasi Charoen ). The center is a car servicing workshop for installation of soundproofing materials and window films.

The Social Media Manager will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising.

Administration includes but is not limited to:
• Engage in correspondence with both customers and business partners via e-mail, chat and social media channels.
• Consult customers on the company's products and services by answering their questions and dealing with their concerns / comments on the social media channels
• Develop brand awareness and online reputation of the business
• Work with basic accounting software
• Content management
• Cultivation of leads and sales

Required qualifications and skills:
• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Good computer and Internet skills 
• Advanced user of social media channels
• Knowledgeable in marketing planning and execution

Employment type: will be discussed, telecommuting is a possible option

Car Comfort Shop CO.  is seeking a full-time shop manager (retail salesperson) for a car installation center in the Greater Bangkok area. The center is a car servicing workshop for installation of soundproofing materials and window films.

Main responsibilities include:
• maintaining the overall image of the store * greet customers and provide assistance
• maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• planning of day-to-day operations
• dealing with customer queries and complaints

Required qualifications and skills:
• sales experience is preferred
• customer management skills
• strong organizational skills
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• time management skills
• fluent in both Thai and English

The ultimate candidate will be required to do a two-week internship in our Malaysian car installation center prior to starting the job (all costs are covered by the employer).

Salary is negotiable.
