Along with the statement and ID card their house book to prove ownership would be needed.

Besides the required documents, I would like to find out if there are any application forms that can be downloaded online for yearly retirement visa renewal? Or do we have fill them out on the day at immigration?

  I dont care what any race thinks of me whether I'm back home or here. I care what my friends and family thinks, be it thai or any race.  That doesn't make me brutal towards the race. It's my personality.

 

I'm a law abiding citizen, not many people think bad of me. I don't go to bars, I don't drink or smoke, I make a very good living.

 

I dress the way I feel comfortable that's my only "fault" you've been on my case about this.

How can you even speak of "Thai mates" considering your brutal tone regarding Thai people in general. TVF doesn't seem to be a Thai bashing forum, so please slow down.    Please stop slagging good people off who I personally love and respect as my own family.

 

Many members of this forum have wives, or/and work at schools, and they understand how nice these people can be. Of course only when you show them the needed respect.

We was talking about you .. and your work as (online) trader ..  Legally speaking you are required to carry out your tasks with a corresponding WP and have to pay taxes. 

Regardless of the fact that you are doing your job through your laptop, by phone or by anything else.

This is because you are earning income whilst you are in Thailand.

Yes, they're a lot slower than promised.  The famous line they gave me:

The entire process takes no longer than 14 working days.

Of course, I planned my trip back to Oz and return thinking that this was true. So 22 working days later, money paid etc and having returned on a visa exemption, I'm still waiting for the welcome letter. I'll give them until mid-next week, then I'll start making phone calls.

 

 

Ask them to assign you to your own customer representative, my experience and another above went alot quicker when we we're dealing with 1 person.
