  1. I love to see and read all the anti-transgender and Gay comments by those who are so insecure with their life.

Odds are 99 percent are Christians who have no tolerance for anything beyond their own little world. If your god he or she had something to do with the way things turned out for the transgender and Gay population you should be loving and respectful for people who do not fit in your mold. Read your 10 commandments and live by them. If you do not and pass judgment on others you will certainly go to a place other than your heaven when you pass from this earth... The greatest Hippocrates on earth is people just like you. Who goes to church making your self feel good when you walk out you will return to your normal hateful self. Good luck with the remaining years of your life. You will be as miserable as you make yourself. Turn around your life and become a happy human being.  You are making your own hell on this earth by being a miserable person.

  2. If I start a new account with Bangkok Bank and have  65,000 per month deposited into it. This money would be from my military retirement and social security (USA). Will my bank book be sufficient to prove the money requirements. I live in Banchang would it be better to have the account with the main Bangkok Bank in Pattaya? Where is the Main Bangkok Bank in Pattaya? Any suggestions from those who are doing what I am thinking about doing.? Please, only serious comments. Thank You

  3. My Trail Blazer is over 3 years old. I am satisfied with it. The speed-o-meter has 62,000 Km. Service from dealer here in Rayong is very good. Recommended oil changes is 20,000 Km. I change oil and filter approx every 10,000 Km. My warranty has expired so I have the local Shell Station do my oil changes. I am very happy with my trail blazer. I do not have the factory installed GPS and premium sound package. Or The Back up camera. Price was 1,2 to 1.3 million. The diesel engine is 2.8 Lt. Good power. I get approx 10 to 12 Km per Ltr of diesel fuel. Prices at the dealer are fair that is for labor and parts. The engine is built to last approx 250,000 miles That will give me many years to operation. I actually think with good maintenance practices it will exceed all my expectations. I have been a Chevy since my first car that was a 61 chevy impala with a 283 Ci engine. I had a 67 Chevy impala custio coupe with the SS package the engine was 427 Ci 400 Horse Power. I have also owned Chevy Pickup trucks. Every Chevrolet I have ever owned had very little problems. I recommend Chevy but the final choice is yours. I am very happy with every Chevy I have ever owned.

  4. If in fact this is true it would be great if some one scans the from(s) and post them so we can print them and have them ready on our next adventure to Immigration. I just did a retirement visa extension at Rayong Immigration (7April) and was not required to fill out anything like the questionable form(s) mentioned. Anyone have any idea what Immigration office is making this a requirement.

  5. 1. Did he simply get it wrong, so I have nothing to worry about n the future?

    2. Was he being overly concerned that I would be working in Thailand? (I had visited Thailand 5 times in the past 12 months for a total of 6 months stay)

He didn't get it wrong. They had the right to interview you but you have nothing to worry about.

Immigration are after people working illegally and seem to be randomly checking people like yourself that are entering a lot on the visa exemption rule.

Being Australian you can enter without a visa under the Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme and stay for 30 days. That's different to VOA. Easily confused but nonetheless different. Some countries don't have the visa exempt luxury (e.g. China) and so they have to apply for a VOA and can only stay 15 days.

Visa exempt entry is allowed under the law and they cannot refuse you entry unless (among other reasons) they have good reason that you are working or can't financially support yourself.

If you want to avoid (not guaranteed) the possibility of being interviewed again you should get a tourist or non-immigration 'O' or 'O-A' visa before coming next time. But you don't have to.

If you do come back again without a visa it would be a good idea to bring proof of your pension income. Then, if interviewed, you can prove sufficient income to support yourself without working. Not necessary but a good idea to satisfy the IO.

    3. I know that I can only stay in Thailand under a VOA for 3 months in any 6 months period - and I had stayed more than that recently - but not once did he raise that aspect of it - perhaps the immigration computer raised this as a red flag and he wasn't sure what the technical reason was?

That's wrong. The 3/6 mnth rule was cancelled some time ago. Although it may still be on some Embassy websites.

There is no limit to the amount of visa exempt entries you can have.

The reason for the red flag was because of the number of visa exempt entries you've had and not the number of days you've stayed.

You've nothing to worry about. Unless they change the law you can forever enter using the 30 day visa exempt rule. But just be aware that they may ask for proof that you aren't working and can financially support yourself.

    Enjoy your stay!

  6. Ignore them, like all other servants.

Do not wai, nod, greet or in anyway acknowledge their presence as human beings.

If People would treat others as they expect to be treated their self it would be a better world to live in. With a attitude as quoted above no wonder it is as f---ed up as it is. If you think you are better than anyone else and have a negative attitude you deserve nothing but disrespect from others.

  7. If people would get the proper visa there would not be any problems. Thai Immigration knows what it is doing. It is those who try to be smarter than the system that get caught eventually. They get advice from people who do not have the slightest idea what they are talking about when it comes to immigration law. If I want advice on Immigration law I would go to Thai Immigration not thaivisa.com. Some do know what they are talking about but most do not. If you follow the law good things happen. If you do not be ready to pay the price ether in cash or time in the monkey house it is up to you. Some here on TV.com will give you great advice others will get you into more problems than most can handle If you drive a BMW you do not ask people at the Proton dealership for their advice when you have a problem with your vehicle. .
