Yes, a C130 does have reverse thrust with it's turboprop (jet) engines much to the amazement of many on this forum. Even aircraft powered by piston engines had reverse thrust. Back in 1964 I recall landing at a Bangkok airport in a Blackburn Beverly en-route to Loeng Nok Tha in NE Thailand. We reversed into a parking stand using reverse thrust to much amazement of the US servicemen in the area. Talking with them later they didn't believe what they'd seen 😁
