NaJomtien Some buildings I prefer (not in any particular order), but will look at anything: - Centre Condo Complex (https://maps.app.goo.gl/vQhryc9xuhTYvvuw9) - Diamond Suites - Avenue Residences - City Garden - City Garden Tower - Olympus City Garden - Arcadia Beach Resort - 4 months with option to extend to 5 or 6 months (depending on how strict immigration is on short visa runs) - Starting August 26 - 18k Baht including water, electric and internet is my MAXIMUM MONTHLY BUDGET. Cheaper better. - 1 bedroom or studio 35m² minimum, fully furnished. - Balcony and view I don't care much about. - PEA electricity rate or 1 Baht above (no 6 Baht and up for studio or 1 bedroom) - Large refrigerator with separate freezer - Couch a must have - Coffee table a must have - Washing machine a plus but not necessary - Private internet with router a must have (willing to pay if necessary but must not go over budget) - Walkable to Baht Bus route (10 - 12 minutes or less) - Pool and gym preferred
