This country is nothing but a lie .I know the details of this case because i am a private investigator and i will uncover the crooked immigration involved in this matter.Firstlt this man was not walking on the street he was in a gogo bar which i cannot name because of investigations.Secondly the man was not a criminal bank robber and was never convicted as such he used to live in Phuket and had travelled to Greece with a friend his friend robbed a bank and got captured during questioning the man said he was travelling with mr Dimitris mr Dimitrios was at his aunts house during the alleged robbery but even then he travelled back and forth to Greece without a problem .The fact is that he lived and worked in Thailand for 3 years he was not a tourist there and had a working visa .The fact that he did have a warrant from interpol for questioning is true but Greece and Thailand have no bilateral agreements so thus Thai courts render the Interpol warrant void and null as interpreted by thai law .The only way this man should have been arrested is if he had commited a capital crime sentenced fled and then had a warrant issued by the ministry of foreign affairs.Immigratin acted illegaly in this arrest because even the Greek embassy had not information on this persons arrest as a matter of fact they were trying to get him previously on false allegations of a fake passport which was again untrue.The bottom line is this he had a very crooked business partner which caused all these probvlems paid off police and immigration to arrest this man illegaly and my agency will not stop until we uncover the truth and bring to light all the dard dirty dealings of authoities that are there to serve and protect.

Apart from the awful school boy gramma you used, and total lack of any illigible sentence stucture, I would be very suprised if you are involved with any form of investgative bureau,

you need to be very carefull in thailand about publicly stating facts true or faulse in relation to an arrested person ,

you say this man who has been arrested had a very crooked partner, that in its self is deemed a very defamatory remark to make and carries a jail sentence in thailand, this can remark can itself identify the partner,

you and your agency if it exists {which I doubt ] should have more sence than to come on this public platform and be so damb stupid, I notice you kept your company name out of the posting

No proper minded businessman comes out with staments such as you have written ,

If it was true, it would remain confidential information between the client who pays any such agents and themselves, to say you will not rest implies there is no paying client what so ever , my guess probably you are some aggrieved third party,

I'm not a teacher ----No qualifictions ??But I am one the few falangs that can speak fluent Thai ,And I have taught in laos as a guest ,but not a paid teacher!!!

I met one guy in Pattaya ,He once owned a restaurant in Day night area ,and his grasp of the English language was awful and he barely able to string a logical sentence together, every other word in his vocabulary was the " F " word,!!!-I think he was long term on the dole in the UK,definetly in the brain dead catagory, and with a drink problem ,

he shocked me by telling Me during a Kind of conversation that his business had failed [as most do]and that he was off to some far flung province with his lady-boy friend intending to teach in a high school , I asked Him "Teaching what subject" , to which he replied "all sorts of english"-------gulppppppp,

I asked him what qualfications he had , to which he replied "None its not needed",-

----I had over a period of time watched and listened to this man's performances in trying to converse with his live in lady-boy ,it was comical and pathetic to watch his nonsensical communicative skills,-again gulpppppp

I feel that if ytou are going to teach Thais -you also need to be able to understand and speak the language so that comunication is complete ,It takes a VERY competant person to be able to teach some one of a foriegn language remotly related to their own

I have noticed over years that in the main the over stayers -are generally the lazy malingerers that blight THailand ,and give the decent falangs a bad name, Take a look around and see the large amount of westerners that live off their own countries social security systems,{benefit scroungers}

Pattaya is a haven for the Riff Raff of the world because of its easy going lack of enforceing its laws

I have over the years witnessed guys that live in dirty single rooms paying thai rents -and living like refugee's- theses are the ones that the Taksin government wants out , because they contribute NILE to to the Thai economy -,they are attracted to Thailand by the -sun -sea and BEER,And of course if they can ever remember through the fog of alcohol, SEX-which was probably the original motive to live in Thailand,

Also I have noted after my own observation's ;and after speaking with hundreds of ex pat's over the years that Pattaya is a magnet for peadophiles , particulary in the soi sunnee area -where these sicko's congregate together oblivious to their pathetic existence and perverted life styles, Thaksin needs to get these haven's stripped out also,and rid thailand of it's world renown image,the reason i mention this place is that because the amount of over stayer's in and around sunnee is at a very high percentage rate,many are in the retiree age bracket and live like bums-for i assume the reason they cannot or will not drag themselves away from the young kids they prey on,

the bonafide retirees [over 65s]----as was so rightly said by Stevero-would have to be brain dead to ignore the laws regarding over stay, I think its Right to ensure that a certain level of money is Maintained deposited in thai Bank account, after all these are the people who can afford to buy homes and live the life style you would expect people in this catergory to maintain with out having to flout the law,

I have over stayed on several occations , however its been part of my plan always , I obtain a double entry Visa in my country before I leave home and then I over stay generally about 10 days -my reason and thinking is that its less hassle than standing in lines at a visa office ,

To me over stay costs have been no problem monatory wise, however I think now that the charge has more than doubled , I shall change my stratagy and perhapes either go home a few days earlier -or add the 10 days ,

I think overstayer's rate should be 1000 a day and no limit of 20000 ,

And to add I think its reasonable fopr the Thai's to increase the departure Tax from 500 baht to 1000, ---this tax has remained at the same rate since I first visited 9 years Ago and should rise with inflation,

Hi I have travelled to Laos many times , flying can be very long drawn out experiance -as it classed as an international flight,Arrivels in Laos where ever airport are also a long drawn out affair,

I found the best route was to drive as part of a tour -,

But Vientian is a bubbling place these days , if you like Night life then try one of the half a dozen Discos around the Novotel hotel are -the hotel has a fantastic bar disco its a massive area -with most uptodate lighting and sounds goes on till about 3-4 am full of mixed crowds Locals--ex pats -gays straights all having a wonderfull time , vientian is good try it ???
