  1. Incapacitaed and in hospital, how do I pay?

    I live alone in Pattaya and not getting any younger. I have some medical conditions and as such medical insurance is expensive, full of exclusions and thus prohibitive. I have a bank account in which I keep an emergency medical fund. The problem is if I am incapacitated and in hospital, how can I give the hospital access to those funds for medical treatment? I approached BHP and explained this and asked about a Power of Attorney, but they were less than helpful. Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve this?
