The Jomtien place is a dirty place that sells Chinese food at horrendous price.

You can call it different as much as you like but for most of the people it's just overpriced Chinese food, especially compared to Pao restaurant that is nice and sells good food for cheap.

It's not the ingredients at Jomtien place that makes the food expensive, it's just a decision, and if Pao was selling it, it would be a lot cheaper.

Now wondering when Pao will be opened again, as this restaurant seems to always be closed !

You don't need any agent to get your visa anywhere in Laos and you are even crazy to let anyone to do it for you.

You wlll get your visa in Vientiane if you have 3 maximum in your passport and you will get it at Savannakhet eve if you have more. I know many people who even got it at Vientiane when they had more than 3, they just explained why and bargained and promised that it's the last time... Other people just cut some useless pages in their passport and others just renewed their passport at their embassy.

I can't believe that some people still wonder and that others expect annything from touts in front of consulate at the Internet age...

About KASIKORN BANK (green bank) online payment: in the past I had to enable the card at ATM to pay online but then suddenly it didn't work, so I had to visit my account on their website and get a new card number (maybe it is a virtual credit card ?).

Did it happen to you also ? In the past you were using your debit card number (written on the card) and suddenly it didn't work ?

About SCB SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK: is it the same process as Kasikorn ? Do you need to apply for online banking to be able to pay online with your credit card ? Or can you pay online without using online banking, and how to do ?

So it seems that QUEEN SIRIKIT and NAVY HOSPITAL at Satthahip are the best choices among public hospitals around Pattaya, but can I know which one is the best for you and if prices at these 2 public hospitals are exactly the same ?

Do they have some professors working there as they have in some Bkk publicc hospitals as Chula ?

Also, do you tip doctors when having treatment at public hospitals ? It seems that Thai tips thousands...

It must be the place but Bquik staff are always lazy to check the exact price of what I want to repair on their computer.

They also have a stupid girl at the desk who doesn't know what she is talking about.

Also they are often overpriced: 1200 for the front brake pads + 800 to install them !!!

I am THAI. I have travel around the world. I think Schengen VISA not fair for Asian. I love to travel in Asian better EU. People in Asian nice and friendly than too. That why many EU people come to buy condo in Thailand but some of them still look Asian down.

Some are so bad that they look down on Asian because of their English skills :-)
