When WP is expired for reason like this. The Valid of Visa , even shown the expiration is May. By immigration practice - they will consider that your visa should be expired same as WP's date or later  by not over 7 days.

It looked that you have to apply new visa and work permit again by arrangement of your new company's employer.

And same as above mentioned.  DOING now for all.

This problem may happened in the past 30 years ago and more  , Land Dept allowed real owners to register or make  claim.  It will take times to prove  by Gov,  and they will issue real Chanote to your wife.  Similar case ; people at La Wai beach made claims to Thai Gov at this moment.  And recent news said that people at La Wai beach may get real Chanote soon.

You can use

: Suppliers/ Customer's Company name for Customs Clearance process

To export or import by Thai People person (not Company) , Thai Customs Dept will allow one time(first & end) only.

Thai word for " Passionate" is as above = หลงไหล  ( Longhh  LaiH) is correct.

Thai word for " Intensity " =  ความเข้ม (khwam Khemh)  is correct, but it looked like science meaning for Thai people such as color intensity. 

Some Thai words  contained of  a few meanings. It depends on whole sentence too.

Thai like to tell/talk shortly.   

Tee Nai  :  Tee = Place,  Nai = Where ?

Tee Nai = Where is the place ? (You have no idea of place in your conversation)

Trong Nai  = Where is the place ? ( You had some info about the place already due to your conversation, but you did not know the place exactly. So, you want the other telling you the exact point)

Tee Noon = answering that, the place is over there ( but you may not know the place exactly by the answer like this, so you may have to ask the other further -> Trong Nai ?

Fang Noon = answering that, the place is on opposite side of the road. ( but you may not know the place exactly by the answer like this , so you may have to ask the other again -> Trong Nai ?

You can apply to extend your visa for long ( one year first ; then every 2 years with Multiple Visa if you will always travel aboard). And you will get Working Permit too accordingly.

Board of Investment has no time frame for promoting Software business ( Till year 2020 )

If you have strength in Embeded software ; Enterprise Software  and/or digital content.

So, Thailand is right place for your investment.

BOI catagory for

Embedded Software is 5.7.1 ( A1 privilege type : granted Corporate Tax exemption without cap for 8 years)

Enterprise software and/or digital content ( A3 privilege type : granted Corporate Tax exemption 5 years)

There are specification for Digital Content which investor can ask BOI for detail.

BOI conditions :

1) projects must have expenses for salaries for IT Personnel of at least 1.5 Million Baht per year.

2)project must included software development processes specified by the Software Industry Promotion Agency (SIPA)

3) Project with an investment of 10 Million baht and more (excluding cost of land and Working Capital) must obtain

a quality standard certificate from SIPA or received a capability maturity model integration (CMMI) quality standard certificate

or any equivalent to, within 2 years from the full operation start-up date. If the project fails to meet such this condition, One-year

Corporate Tax Exemption will be withdrawn.

(So, investment amount can be less than 10 Million baht, but not less than condition for salary as above )

There is some minor details which you can discuss with BOI officer directly or anyone who can do for you.

Yes, some information about your project must be discussed with them.
