Took 4 days from sending it  to receipt arriving in my home mailbox.  Used the Promenada address I posted previously.  Sent EMS and this time it didn't go through the Lamphun center as it always had using the Airport address, stayed local.

There was a failure on a 230kV high tension line near Mae Moh, the power plant that supplies most of the North, that shut down the power from Lampang to Chiang Rai.  From a friend who worked on these systems he said the last time this wide spread failure was well over 10 years ago.

The head IO at Promenada said that you can use either the old or the new address and the 90 day report will all go to Promenada so I don't consider myself lucky but informed.

Update: I used the above address with no problem.  It makes sense as all the staff have moved to the Promenada office.

Did you use the old airport address to mail it in?

That was also dated November 25th, before the move.  Will see what the current experiences from others in the last week of using the old address are.  The old may still work but may be delayed as it is forwarded if the new address as stated by immigration is correct.
