I think you will have to look hard to find anyone interested in s small job these days .They all seem busy with big jobs !

Reading the above maybe my  (  also  ) 30 year old   sea facing  condo ,  while not perfect  , is not too bad and the maintenance costs

But they stole 2 times money from me. In both cases it was my fault. My househod insurance which included theft outside of the house did pay back the full amount.
