  1. I can imagine! Hell, the UK is run by even less competent fools than this place - Britain is sunk.
  2. If it gets back to 65 Baht to the pound, I may crack a smile. and when they put the cans of Tuna back down to 8 Baht, then things are looking better.
  3. and Syd Barret slowly turns inexorably in his grave at the hypocrisy!
  4. They haven't worked out what they are for yet and no one has shown them how to use them.
  5. Typical behaviour we come to expect from foreign tourists, if they don't like it then let them go home. Oh what? It wasn't another filthy foreigner? Which nationality could ever come up with such fecal Tomfoolery?
  6. Should think themselves lucky, it was a piss in a private place, here in Chiang Mai we get the blatant Chinese defecation directly into the moat- like the launching of a small submarine as it slowly sails away from the shore and hides in the depths ready to attack, such quality.
  7. Get Attenboro' this is like one of those Turtle Fu$K Fests.....they crawl out of the water to breed and lay their eggs in the sand amongst the filter tips, faded condoms, empty beer cans and small fecal particulate, isn't nature simply amazing!
  8. 50% would be the kind of plummeting I'd love to see - where are the good old days of 1997 and 1998? 85-90 Baht to the pound! The good old days of buying a pickup and selling it for more than you paid 5 years on!
  9. Why not go that extra mile as they usually do when having their usual knee jerk (oops, we did F all again as usual) I think everyone should be made to wear their own personal seismograph arranged by the usual benevolent dictators that run the place - Hell, they can charge tourists $100 per day to rent a mandatory seismic warning device, along with their personal flood detector which is mounted besides their rented personal tracking device that lets the benevolent dictatorship to track you and make you safe at all times when discovering new places under the coconut shell of Thailand. I would hope that those registering for the Thailand Elite Card will be given Geiger counters too in case of radiation leaks, this will be fitted just to the left of the yellow canary that will protect these wealth infusing foreign tourists. Special offers include a free 3 month rental on the coffee shop of your choice after you rack up two qualifying stays. Whoops - almost forgot the $60 rental for the personal Tsunami and large wave indicator protection system.
  10. Lead Balloon, imbeciles, fools, retards, killjoys.....
  11. I just hope Donald will have a lower tariff tax rate for Thai coffee shop owners - We need more and more of them.
  12. Probably starve to death if he is relying on donations into a local BIB trough. Good luck, I would only expect to find feces and other foul objects in any police box donation.
  13. Jesus can an honest man, a pillar of society not be permitted to renew his prescription without getting persecuted? I personally would be opting out of prescription abuse and seriously take a look at Coffee Shop possibilities in the area - You can never have enough coffee shops or ya ba.
  14. Facebook Marketplace is probably the most distrusted site in the country, so many people getting ripped off by them. Craigslist is almost defunct and no one seems to use it. If I was you I would give Kaidee a try, it is pretty good for cars and miscellaneous items, certainly better coverage than most. Kaidee | Leading online marketplace platform in Thailand (sorry, I don't know how to paste a link here - just look up Kaidee"
  15. I think they might be referring to "Not Drinking Your Profits" very good advice, if planning on opening a coffee shop.
  16. I know! A brainwave! Let's patch up all the crap with filler and sell them off as 100% Foreign owned! Let those damn farang sort it out.
  17. Just got to get herself a wonderful Thai husband now just to make it real! "Kree et gin Lao, kree et gin lao" No need for that 400K in the bank though.....ahh life is paradise. Maybe open a coffee shop or flog some weed.
  18. You can't pull the wool over their eyes! The early bird catches the worm... I wonder if they actually go home at night and dream up these scams?
  19. Got it! Got the scoop!!!! "DRUNK FOREIGNER - crashes pick up into motorbike " - You have to give it to the media here, they never wimp on a good story!
  20. Another death by "Non Foreigner" what is the World coming to? Who can we blame?
  21. The headline should be "Non Foreign Drunk BMW Driver"
  22. "With tremors felt as far as Mae Hong Son province" - You just note the level of reporting here - These idiots cannot understand that Mae Hong Son is about 800 KM closer to the centre than Bangkok, what hope is there for a country infested and paralysed by the stupid dimwits that are sadly allowed to run this place.
  23. What did every one expect? Did anyone really expect this to work? Does anything that they do here EVER work 1st time? Hell, it isn't that long since the immigration system was running on Win 95 or Win 98 - and bootleg copies to boot! Why would anything change? They just love to print out forms with nonsensical English, their forms often do not even have enough room to enter a 10 digit phone number - Is this a Thai thing where bull<deleted> is more pleasing to them than substance. No doubt the devastation of the earthquake will be used to cover their useless arses again. It makes you wonder if anyone actually read their own drivel. Just go and take a look at the drivel they shat together as an excuse of a driving licence application. Every single thing they do here whether it is their love of ridiculous pen pushing or as far as building a railway line - Everything will NEVER work first time, Everything that they do here requires at least two or three attempts to get it to barely work, let alone work smoothly! Look at their fantastic Online 90 day report - issued on fake copies of Win 98, it took over three years to get it to resemble an actual program. Take a look at their immigration services, one day they have "Queue Online" to book appointments, next day that is all down the toilet and you will have to "Queue On Car Park" from 1AM in the morning just to try to get a slot! What did they do with all of those ticket machines at immigration that dolled out tickets for appointments, did they do a good deal with the Thai banks? Someone somewhere, really up in some sort of REAL position, needs to get off their arses and let these incompetent cretins that this is not a rehearsal, this is peoples lives! It gets like two steps forward and then 3 steps backwards. No wonder the kids leave school without a working brain, the "Adults" here couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Do they ever wake up and go into work and say "FuVBED Up again people, looks like we are the laughing stock of the entire civilized world......do you think we can try harder next time?"
  24. Try posting some anti government or supposedly "Far Right" "hate speech" in the UK - they will destroy your life, you will lose your job, you will go to jail (if you dare to post to Fartbook or Twatter) - Plod will be at your door to arrest you and have you silenced - This is the reality in the UK these days - just be glad you are as free as you are here in Thailand - British Justice died a long time ago and brother / comrade Queer Stalin will make sure you pay!
