I have back to back METVs as well, albeit I'm not spending a ton of time in thailand at a time anymore (5 days max per trip, every 2-3 weeks)
A couple times immigration at suwannnaphum has asked how long i'd be spending , and the occasional flip back and forth between metv1 and metv2 ... (metv2 was issued about 3 weeks after metv1 expired)
if it ever becomes an issue i'll probably just buy thai elite, just a bit of a hassle as im under 20.

You can only get a multiple entry tourist visa (METV) in your home country or country of legal residence. Two entry tourist visas no longer exist since the METV became available. You can only get single entry tourist visa now.
Depending on the consulate/embassy they might issue it even though you're not in your home country.. i.e I got an METV in my British passport at the Toronto , Canada consulate.

Yep, you could buy it from Lazada if they had it in stock, but it's been out of stock for a while, as your link shows. In fact, I took a printed screenshot of that very same Lazada ad with me to NBTC and Customs at Suvarnabhumi to show them that, not only was that exact Hubsan model already available in Thailand, but that it was apparently selling well and is sold out.
Interesting that Siam Paragon has it. After getting my drone package released to TNT shipping company to continue its journey to my house, I decided to visit some malls/shops in Bangkok convenient to the BTS before returning to L.A. (Roi Et) since I had some extra time. I went to Pantip, MBK, Platinum, and a few more, but only saw low-quality overpriced models, except there were a few shops that had the top of the line DJI brand, but only the slightly older Phantom 3 and 4 models. And those were at double the typical (import) online prices. None of the shops had the fantastic new DJI Mavic Pro that is a technological marvel. Of course, there's a huge waiting line for that one worldwide.
Speaking of pricing, just like with many imported electronics goods sold here in Thailand, drone prices are outrageous. And it isn't because of hefty import duties. I've been paying 18%-20% max on some items, but some items arrive with zero VAT/import duties. I was pleasantly surprised when my Hubsan package arrived with zero tax due. Go figure.
If you can find one , get the mavic... by far the best DJI drone thus far.
Fits inside a backpack and sport mode is so fast ! (70kmh)
a store inside emquartier glass quartier 3rd level sells DJI drones, only saw phantom 4 though if i recall correctly

That's almost unbelievable in only having 100Mb ports for a 300Mb plan. You sure?
What is the complete model number of the router they gave you?
All my equipment plugged in auto negos to 100M , unless theres some sort of negotiation issue between switches/ap's and this router its 100meg.
I'll find out.

Not quite easy to find.
This shop advertises a "Planet VC 202" Ethernet over Coaxial Extender (media converter):
The shop is in a (electronics) mall:
http://108connect.co.th/viewContactUs.do?clubId=14451
It's in "IT City" in the Bang Wa district on Phetkasem rd.

You could try to phone them and try to ask them in English.
Tell me about it.
Thanks I'll take a look.

Why not WiFi ?
The trouble I can see with the coax is it runs back to a central splitter that may not be in your condo. Not guaranteed there is a path room to room.Walls too thick, too much rf interference.
I've tried wireless uplink and powerline, coax is the best and it all runs back to the back of my unit beside the router.
I ordered one set of these adapters and its working great thus far (just received it today), I just need another set or two... unfortunately the place I ordered from only had one set of the units available.
Ethernet over coax is quite efficient when you don't have cat/cat6 cabling but have coax, both tv and ethernet go over it.

Signed up for True FTTX 300 / 70 last week , however the router they provided only has 100meg ports
I am able to max out 100/80 though for domestic speed tests, still doing international tests
I initially tried to get AIS but they're not available in my building, true was the easiest.
(over wifi)
