Apartment Detail
Water Supply charge : 350 THB/mo.Electricity charge : 8 THB/unitThe water supply actually has a fixed rate, which is 350. Still, is the electricity what concerns me. -
I got my first utility bill and it shows:
water- price per unit 350. Units used 1. Total price 350
electricity- price per unit 8. Units used 340. Total price 2720
I live in a 32m2 studio room and my air conditioner is turned on an average of 6 hours a day. Lights stay on 12 hours a day. Isn't the electricity bill too expensive?? I just want to know if I'm being scammed or not. Thanks!

Hey, what's up? I'm currently living in Bangkok, I'm 22, and I'm looking for like minded people who are willing to go out and approach local girls (wingmen). Anybody around? :D

Hello community! I'm planning to get my Thai visa from Vietnam and I'd like to know which are the requirements for getting a VOA for Vietnam. I have the invitation letter and the ticket to Thailand.. is there anything else that they might ask for at the airport? Thank you!

Hello community!
I'm a freelancer and I'd like to work from Bangkok for the next 3 months. I'm gonna need to rent a condo/studio and since I'm not a fan of living in the suburbs I asked for advice and someone recommended me Lumpini and Phaya Thai as the best neighborhoods in the city. The thing is that I can only afford to pay 500 usd per mont and I'm not sure if for that amount I can get a good deal. Some people say that most of the places don't really look as they do in pictures and often times the map is also not accurate. My questions would be: Are there any chances for me to find a nice and modern place (gym included) in a good neighborhood for under 500 usd? Should I look for other neghborhoods also? Which is the best site to find the best deals? Any advices before starting to look for a place? Thank you guys!

Hello community! Does anyone know a nice apartment on Sukhumvit which I could move in for 3 months? The budget would be 25K/month and I'd like it to be somewhere around Nana/Asok/Phrom Phong, within 10 minutes walking from BTS. I'd like the place to be small enough for 1 person and the facilities to include gym and pool. Thanks!
