Does anyone know how can one be approved to go to Phuket in July? Can one with vaccine cert. just jump on the plane and be checked out at the Phuket airport or does one needs to be approved before jumping on the plane?

I'm submitting a Report of Birth Abroad application to USA embassy, and one of the things they need is "Mother’s prenatal records". Does anyone know what this is?

Change company but first tell us what company did?
First five years is expensive those are the years especially if you are buying outpatient!
The insurance is from Krung Thai Bank.

We bought health insurance for our baby (born in Thailand) 42,000 baht for 1 year. They then rejected the insurance because the father is an American citizen. They will refund us the money. Anybody else went through this before? What insurance company should I talk to now?

i think thai people have suffered enough from the actions of their government already
Thai boarders have billions of people wanting to get in. They are protecting Thai boarders well. So, who is the one who is suffering, Thai people or the ones who can't get in?

You don't have to do all of that. You can do a affidavit at the US embassy as a self certification of your marriage certificate. Then have it and your marriage certificate translated to Thai and the certified by the Department of Consular affairs that a Amphoe will accept to register your foreign marriage to get the Kor Ror 22 marriage registry that immigration requires.
From the embassy website. https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/notaries-public/
"Affidavits
Oftentimes the Thai government requests the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General Chiang Mai “certify” documents listed under “services we cannot provide.” Please note the Embassy and Consulate CAN notarize an affidavit which may or may not satisfy the Thai requirement for “certification.”I received this email from Bangkok
"An affidavit is a sworn statement which requires an appearance of a person who is making it so it is not possible to do affidavit online. Should you wish to request for an emergency notarial appointment, you may request the appointment directly here.Regards,CWACS Bangkok'I don't think affidavit is an emergency. So, the only options I have are the mailing the certificate or just wait for next month to do the extension. Can I get an extension to my 90 days ED visa? -

Oh dear.
Just get a 12 month extension because of Thai Wife.
That is all they will give you.
Marriage visa a bit complicated. First I need to send the marriage certificate to Washington DC to get approved that it is a legit document. Then, I need to send that to Thai Embassy in Los Angeles to get translated and approved. Then, I need to open a bank account and wait 2 month. Child Visa sounds a lot easier.

My Thai wife is expecting next month. And somebody told me that if I have a Thai child I can get some kind of a child visa. He told me that only thing I need is the birth certificate and proof of funds - 400,000 baht in the Thai bank account without any 2 month like they have with marriage visa, is this correct?

https://thethaiger.com/hot-news/tourism/minister-encourages-thai-hotels-to-stop-price-gouging-expats
According to this article, Tourism and Sports Ministry, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, is asking hotels to offer “fair packages to expats and avoid price discrimination”.
How can a representative of Thai government make such a statement when they do the same thing on daily bases? When you go to National park, there are 2 prices, one for Thai people and one for expats. Sounds like the rules don't apply to them.

If you entered on a visa you do not have to apply for a 30 day extension. You are under the "amnesty".
If on a extension of stay you should apply for it as you normally would.
What do you mean on extension? I entered Thailand somewhere in January then my visa was extended for extra 30 days until Apr 15. Do I need to go to the immigration office?
-
That's what I was thinking. How full will the Malaysian embassies be, especially in Penang?
-
So, if my tourist visa expires on Apr 16, I don't have to go to the immigration office, right?

What type of visa do you have now? You can extend any type of entry for 60 days to visit your wife at immigration by showing your US marriage certificate and copies of it,
I have the 60 plus 30. Right now I have like 3 weeks left. Are you saying I can extend it for 60 days if I show them the certificate?

Hello. I am married to a Thai woman in the USA. I have a marriage certificate but it's not approved here in Krabi because it's not authenticated. Apparently, I need the certificate to be approved in Thai embassy in America. I feel stock and I don't know what to do. One of the ideas I have is to sign up for Thai School language visa. Does anyone have any recommendations as what should I do in this case?

I drink Kombucha everyday here in Thailand. According to internet, it's good for immune system.

Limited to 4 rooms with 20 sleeps, this should be over the mark and should need a hotel license imo.
If this is in a mooban than it's not allowed at all, as that counts as one structure afaik and it has def more than 4/20.
What about security staff? When do they are required do you know?

Hello, there is a business next to our home. They run an Airbnb business. They have 3 houses, each with a pool and each house right next to each other. They invite 10 people per each house. So potentially they can have 30 to 40 people at one time. My question is, is there a law in Thailand that says if you have a certain amount of people you have to have a person on site at all times?

Does anyone know if the finger scan stations installed in every entry point or just airports?

Is that you, damned if I would rent from you, if you showed up with the keys to a place I was renting, I wouldn;t let you in. Now the jokes are out, plain and simple - IT'S ILLEGAL to rent any houses or apartments for less than 30 days in Thailand. hope that was loud and clear. Notwithstanding Air BnB advertising "thousands and thousands" of places in Krabi - I am pretty sure that is exagerated but nevertheless, it is illegal. Guess what - Air BnB will not be deported back to the Soviet Union, You Will!!
Well, they have about million of AirBnb postings in Thailand. They should not go after the people, they should go after the app.

You cannot ‘help out’ — even giving out keys — without a work permit. To get a work permit you need to have a non immigrant ‘B’ visa and be formally employed by her/a business.
If caught you would probably — at worst — just be fined. You might be told to leave the country. You might (unlikely) be formally deported.
What if I marry her?

My neighbor rents his villas daily and weekly and so as many, many people here in Krabi. If you look around on Airbnb, they have thousands and thousands of listings.

Short term rental under 1 month is illegal unless you are a Hotel. I doubt you are doing long term rental as there would be no need to regularly meet and give keys
Where do you get this information from? And why is Airbnb full of villas?

What could go wrong, lol. Living in Thailand on back to back tourist Visa's, illegal Airbnb rentals and working without a permit. Other than those minor things it all appears legit.
Why illegal?
