Arrived at Suvannabhumi yesterday on OA visa issued by London Embassy on 20th October. Stamped in for year in a few minutes. No questions about health insurance.

Renewed my 5 year license earlier this year before returning to UK. I was on a tourist visa. They said I could only get a two year renewal which I said was fine. However they gave me five years anyway at the end of the process. When I renewed on a Friday afternoon I was the only Foreigner in the group. Take usual paperwork and smile and hope for the best.

A few months ago there was a corner unit on the 6th. or 7th. floor available. Huge unit, two bedrooms, fully furnished. It was priced well over 5 million baht if memory serves. Why don't you simply contact the Juristic person and ask about what is currently for sale, 081-724-7958. Or visit the Pefecthomes website and ask Simon the oner what is available and get on their mailng list. Ezee, pzee I would think but up to you of course.
Thanks for your helpful comments. Have contacted juristic person and already in touch with Perfect Homes. Thanks again.

Hi. Returning to CM January 2018. We are looking to buy a corner apartment in Mountain View. We would look to move about October but would buy before then. We know CM well and have bought and sold previously. Only interested in corner units. Thank you for your help.

Did car transfer in CM 2 weeks ago. Seller needs passport, copy of visa page etc and blue book. That's it. Absolutely no cert residence needed if you do in person. Buyer only needs cert of residence if not Thai. Hope that helps.

E visa from London either Tourist multiple entry or Non Imm O multiple entry. Either straightforward to obtain if you can meet financial requirements. Last year entered on Tourist M entry, this year on Non imm O multiple. The latter gives 90 days on each entry.
