Bought a new battery from Fastfactor. Its LFP, 80V, 27 Ah. It cost 19500, and they modified the bike so it can easily be taken out. I still live in a house, but an apartment is possible in the future. It comes with a new meter that goes from 100 to 0%. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100057276406792 It has a new charger, it takes 5 hours to charge. There is an app that lets you see the voltage and stuff for each cell in the battery. You can also see the total Amp drawn, at max throttle its 70 A, more than the 64A circuit breaker in the bike, so if you plan to drive at max power for long stretches you should replace the circuit breaker also. First time it died on me after 55 km, and the meter said 18%. I was a bit grumpy after 2 km push bike, but they did come pick up the battery and adjusted the scale so now 0% means empty. Over the years i imagine it will climb up. But that aside the bike is as good as new again.

One month later and the bike died 1,5 km after leaving the house with the battery at 74,5 V, that means range is down to 20 km, from 35 a month ago, so I fear that in a month or two it wont make it out of the driveway. Deco Super Ace is a 2000 W bike. It has a Lithium Manganese type battery, 72V 30Ah. Its fixed in the bike. Any advice on replacement or refurbishment of it? Can I change to LFP ?

2M5 U0-U8 HP STL My Deco Super Ace is now 5 years old, at 6275 km. I'm still happy with it, no drop in power and the only mechanical issue is a minute leak in the break fluid box. It needs a 20 thb top up every 6 months. But range is down to 35 km from 50. When the meter reads 73 V you have 7 km left, not 21. I charged it for 15 mins at the temple, so I could make it home. I don't need more range right now, but will keep an eye out for a battery. Deco dealer quotes 28000 for a new battery, but compare that to 43,640 for a new bike I'm not tempted. Sadly they wont take the old one as a trade in, instead recommend to sell on Deco club thailand page.
