Hello, I am thinking of buying a condo off-plan in BKK area as an investment. I understood that LPN and Pruksa usually build cheaper condos.
1. Does anyone know their level of after sales service - i.e. are their projects properly maintained over the years?
2. Are there relatively high re-sale and rental demand for LPN/Pruksa's condo?
Any opinions, advise, and comments are very welcome!
Thanks!

Hi, does anyone know South East Asian Properties? It is supposed to be a developer based in Siem Reap. Does anyone know if this is a reliable firm or a crook? I am thinking of buying an apartment in Sihanoukville ... are there any development projects going on which you guys are aware of? Thanks a lot!

Wonder if I can get Thai Citizenship ...
My father was born in Thailand in 1950. His parents; my grandparents are not Thais. My father lived in Thailand tilll 7 before they all moved to Malaysia. He is now holding Malaysia citizenship.
I graduated from university in USA few years back and I am now working as an economist for an international organization in Canada. In a few years time, I will become Canadian citizen. Since Canada allows dual citizenship and Malaysia does not, plus the fact that I like Thailand very much. I am thinking if it is possible for me to acquire Thai citizenship or permanent residency.
I know that someone who was born in the UK in 1950 for example, will automatically become a UK citizen (or British Citizen after the British Nationality Act 1981) and the father (regardless if he ever holds a British passport) can pass it on one generation.
1 - So, I wonder if Thai citizenship law has similar provisions? Are there any "special treatment" for professionals? Do any of you know in this situation, will I be eligible for Thai citizenship?
2 - Regarding Thai permanent residency, once it is acquired, are there any residency requirement which I have to meet? I.e. how many days do I have to be presence in Thailand per year, or every several years in order to keep my permenent resident status?
Please share any info if you have .........

Hi Upset, many thanks for all the insights about LPN. Yes totally agree that their site in English is crap!
So the price for On Nut 46 literally doubled within this short period, never have thought of that. Just impossible even in France!
7-9% returns are pretty good! Are those 1 bedroom or the combined 2 bedrooms units, fully furnished? In this case, I presume that their condos can be rented out and resold easily .... Does LPN provide rental management service also? Have you heard of any upcoming new LPN projects early next year then? Thanks a lot again for all the advise and great that you are cashing out with high returns! lol
