Wouldn't a plant that makes triggers for grenade launchers being monitored rather closely? Can anybody just order them?
I wouldn't be quite so quick to blame the red shirts just yet. Maybe it's Newin and his crew.
Would YOU recognize a triggering part for a grenade launcher? I would not. And if asked if I could make x number of this part - why should I not?
As far as I know it´s as likely to fit on a harvester as on a grenade launcher.

Rest in peace old friend. Way too soon.

Well done ! Is there a chance that U-Tapao will replace Swampy in a very near future ?
The new airport could then be handed over to monkeys and snakes as it was before.
posttenebraslux
Swampy is still handled by monkeys and snakes.

"Now Microsoft Translator is able to translate from any to any languages. “It is now possible to translate from any of our languages to any other language."
The meaning of the word "any" seems to be flexible..
But still it's a fun gadget.

Yep, it seems nice. But the so-so camera suggests that I wait for a while and see if they will upgrade it.

And that reminds me of the old bridge I´ve been stuck with for a while. It is for sale, cheap, but it takes a few weeks to put apart.

Ok, I think the lawn will benefit from this. Must be the best way.

Unless You already have the Nokia N-series pc suit, I suggest You download it from the internet and move all data You want to a computer, and take it from there.

To my way of thinking- a balcony is usually an appendage on a building that is not at ground level. Ground level balconies are usually referred to as decks, terraces, patios, etc.
So- unless wild Thai rabbits can fly up on to a balcony, it makes sense hat the OP wants to keep his rabbits from being victims of gravity!
Furthermore, I've never seen a rabbit running free / wild in Thailand. They would most certainly be as you suggest - caught and eaten! Aroi mak!
Hannahcopacabana - just for laughs, tell us!
Well, obviously wild Swedish rabbits can. This specimen can be examined in a museum in Sundsvall, Sweden.
Sorry, off topic, but I just had to.

I also use 1-2-call, and dial 008 before country code. That is as I have been told, the cheapest way to do it. But I have really not been looking for alternatives.
The quality of sound is a bit lower, but still ok.

Nice OP and a lot of good information in the following replies too.
I really would love to, when my time comes, to have a full Thai funeral with gambling, drinking, laughter and a lot of food.
Let's not forget that for the one in the coffin this is not a time for sadness, but for joy. From here on everything is supposed to get better for him/her following the Buddhist thinkings.

It's possible, yes. I suggest You Google "convert .bin to.avi" and look at the top post. I cannot publish the guide here so look for Yourself.

It seems as it's possible with LG DVX298H, for example. I have not checked if You can play straight from the stick, but it is certainly possible to dump your movie to the hard drive and then play it. I guess it depends on what quality is involved and what movie format.

I can't say for sure of course, but i got my present 1-2-call card 'bout 3 years ago and so far no registration of address has been asked for.

Ask the wife to check for their web address in the paperwork she presumably got with the filter. If there is a website they probably mention it somewhere.
I looked but did'nt find anything either.

Don't have that kind of filter, but I would expect that you hook the third line to the drain. Since dirty water is entering the normally clean side of the filter (with less build-up), it will flush out the build-up on the other side.
When finished, I would expect you would want to run filter water to the drain for several minutes, so that any gunk from your brief backwash can get out of the system.
Yeah, I guess that would be the least "valve consuming" set up. I think I'll go for that one.
Thanks!

Hi all!
I have invested in a water filter, glass fibre tank, from one of the bigger suppliers. And no, nobody there have got a clue.
The filter has a three-way valve on top and a handle marked "Backwash - Filter - Close".
When I look at the installation manual it is obvious that water goes in on one side of the top and out on the other. There is a third outlet that should be the outlet for the backwashing procedure.
But - and here is the question - with no supply of fresh, clean water to backwash the filter this must be done using uncleaned water re-directed inside the top of the filter to enter from the clean side of the filter media. Can this really be how it is supposed to be done?
Of course I could set up a multitude of valves to play with to pump clean water from my storage tank to use during the backwash, but is this overkill?
I hope that someone out there might have a similar filter system and would care to share some information.

Happy New Year 2009/2552 and all best wishes to all of you.
Cheers.
And to You too, and everybody looking.

I would be very grateful if some talented member could help me to find the correct Thai expression for "Slow sand filter" (the model that can be seen in almost every village throughout the country.)
I am capable of putting together the separate words, but that seems to easy. Right?

Thai Police Raid Plant That Make Triggering Parts For M79 Grenade Launchers
in Thailand News

Of course I agree with You about the restrictions, but I think You could get most of the needed parts made in Thailand by Your local blacksmith, and if You dont tell him what it is, why would he bother? Ordering trigger parts here, aiming parts there, and so on. The stock might be recognized as "weapon part", but for the rest? Hardly.
